SSC CGL 2026 Preparation Strategy: A Realistic 90-Day Plan

A focused 90 days is enough to move from average to selection-range if you respect the pattern.

Weeks 1–4: Build the base Finish one full revision of Quant and Reasoning fundamentals. Do 20 questions a day per subject, and log every mistake in a single notebook.

Weeks 5–8: Sectional tests Switch to timed sectionals. Target 22+/25 in Reasoning, 20+/25 in GA, and work speed in Quant. Review every sectional the same day.

Weeks 9–12: Full mocks Take 3 full mocks a week under exam conditions. Your review should take longer than the test itself — that is where the marks come from.
